New SDSNedu's online course on Sustainability
On November 17, the Stockholm Resilience Centre (SRC) and Sustainable Development Solutions Network (SDSN) launched their new Online Course titled Planetary Boundaries and Human Opportunities. The course will run from November 17, 2014 to January 18, 2015.
The EU 2030 Framework for Climate and Energy Policies
On October 23, 2014, EU leaders met in Brussel and agreed the domestic 2030 greenhouse gas reduction target of at least 40% compared to 1990 together with the other main principles of the 2030 policy framework for climate and energy, with the aim to make the European Union's economy and energy system more competitive, secure and sustainable.

RecyClass - The Recyclability Tool for Plastic Package
Plastics Recyclers Europe, the association that represents over 100 plastic recyclers in Europe, launched RecyClass, a platform for recyclability assessment, which is the key step in ensuring better recycling of plastic packaging.
