Sustainable Development for St. Petersburg and Leningrad Region

June 4 to June 10, 2010 After the successful opening session in St Petersburg, Venice International University is proud to announce the second and final session of the "Sustainable Development for St. Petersburg and Leningrad Region" Advanced Training Course.
It will be held in the Island of San Servolo from June 4 to June 10 and 27 civil servants from the Leningrad Region Administration, the City Government of Saint Petersburg and the Vodokanal of Saint Petersburg will be involved in the discussion of key themes such as the theory and practice of sustainable development, costal management, urban planning and waste management.
The course is organised by the Thematic Environmental Network in cooperation with the Regional Environmental Centre (REC), the Russian State Hydrometerological University, Vodokanal, the Leningrad Region Administration, the City Government of St. Petersburg and Agroinnova - University of Turin."
