30 January 2009
On February 7, a delegation from the Chinese Ministry of Environmental Protection will land in Rome, opening the new year of the Sino-Italian Cooperation Program activities with a course on Air Quality Control.

In 2009, the Italian Ministry for the Environment, Land and Sea, Venice International University and AGROINNOVA will host 22 courses for delegations selected by the 7 Chinese partners of the project; among them the National Development and Reform Commission, that just joined in.
3 sessions of the training will be held in Beijing, Shanghai and Tianjin.
Moreover, the E-learning project organised by VIU together with the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS) will feature 3 study tours, which will take place in Italy in June, September and October 2009.

In total almost 600 participants will be involved in the SICP training activities this year, renewing the successful and enrichening experience that Italy and China have now been carrying on for 6 years."
