Objectives and Outline
The lecture provides a short summary of current procedures for inventory work under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and the Kyoto Protocol concerning GHG inventories.
It also introduces the main characteristics of the Italian GHG inventory, both from a technical and an institutional point of view, and shows the most recent inventory data submitted by ISPRA to the UNFCCC.
